ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Thursday, October 28, 2021) The momentum continues for the month of November with three returning annual events, two of which are the largest conventions Atlantic City hosts.

The annual 2021 New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) Convention will return to the Atlantic City Convention Center from November 4-5. NJEA attendees will experience a series of workshops and exhibits regarding the public education system and the teaching profession in New Jersey.

Celebrating 11 years as an exposition, Import Expo will return November 7-8 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Since becoming a leading automotive brand, Import Expo will be showcasing new quality car models with several affiliated co-brands, such as Honda Super Meet and Las Vegas Auto Salon.

The annual 2021 New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJLM) Conference returns November 16-18 as newly evaluated redesigned aspects improve the conference experience. Attendees will be offered learning and network opportunities from educational sessions, workshops, clinics, and panels. All featured vendors are companies that provide services used by New Jersey’s local governments.

“We are eager to see the return of these annual events to our venue,” said Spectra’s Jim McDonald, General Manager of the Atlantic City Convention Center. “We look forward to reintroducing attendees to Atlantic City for in-person gatherings again.”

Atlantic City expects to welcome more than 37,800 attendees for the three events. Local Atlantic City businesses will be positively impacted by the activity throughout the destination, as the estimated economic impact will reach over $20 million. In addition, more than 11,000 hotel rooms have been contracted for these events.

“The meeting and convention business in Atlantic City is back. Our clients and their attendees are happy to return to safe, face-to-face networking and educational opportunities. We are thrilled to add that the events that have taken place over the past few months have reported increased attendance from previous years,” stated Larry Sieg, Visit Atlantic City's President and CEO.

Please note that all patrons entering the Atlantic City Convention Center will be required to wear a facial covering or mask and keep it on while in the venue, except as necessary to consume food or beverage.
