ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Monday, January 9, 2017) Meet AC, the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Bureau officially announces the election of the 2017 Meet AC Board of Directors.

The 2017 Meet AC Board of Directors are as follows; Jeffery Albrecht, Chairman, General Manager of Sheraton Atlantic City, Alan Rivin, Vice Chairman, Vice President of Hotel Operations at Tropicana Casino Resort, Frank Dougherty, Secretary, co-owner of Dock’s Oyster House and the Knife & Fork Inn, Mark Sachais, Treasurer, Vice President of Hotel Operations at Resorts Casino Hotel and rounding out the representatives is Chris Howard, Officer, Executive Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA).

“On behalf of Meet AC, I am honored to welcome back our board of directors. Each individual brings something new and diverse to the group. My board has given me the full support needed to do my daily tasks and I would like to thank them for a successful 2016. I look forward to our perseverance in 2017 with implementing Meet AC’s 2017 strategic plans,” stated Jim Wood, president and CEO of Meet AC.

The elected board of representatives will begin their one-year term starting January 9, 2017. Meet AC elections are held each year and voted amongst each board representative. The Meet AC Board of Directors meets the second Monday of every month.
