Just a short drive from Atlantic City, Historic Smithville Village hosts its free Monster Bash with vendors, live music, a costume contest, pumpkin carving and painting, and a special appearance by Horror Queen Genoveva Rossi. The costume contest includes a $100 cash prize. If it rains, the event will be rescheduled for November 1.
