Event Will Generate More Than 1,300 Room Nights and More Than $2.4 Million in Economic Impact for Atlantic City
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Tuesday, March 21, 2017) The 2017 Imprinted Sportswear Show (ISS) will begin Thursday, March 23 and conclude Saturday, March 25 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The facility will welcome approximately 8,000 decorated apparel buyers and exhibitors over the course of three days.
At ISS Atlantic City, attendees have the opportunity to learn new and innovative ways to grow their market presence and profitability in the decorated apparel business. The day before the Expo Floor doors open, ISS offers award-winning, full-day Workshops lead by the top experts in the business. During the show, hundreds of attendees also participate in the critically acclaimed Conference Seminars, led by prominent industry leaders. Divided into 5 tracks, the 4 Workshops and 38 Conference Seminars provide comprehensive knowledge and training in virtually every aspect of the industry. ISS is famous for the extensive training provided for those who are starting a business or veterans of the industry looking to stay relevant. The ISS Conference tracks include: Business, Digitizing, Digital Decorating, Embroidery and Screen Printing.
“The entire team at the Imprinted Sportswear Shows (ISS) is looking forward to celebrating our 20th year in Atlantic City,” said Jeff Brown, ISS Group Show Director. “We’ve had tremendous success in Atlantic City, which is why ISS continues to be the premier decorated apparel show in the Northeast.”
Local Atlantic City businesses are expected to greatly benefit from the ISS show activity at the convention center over three days. The estimated economic impact is expected to reach more than $2.4 million. In addition, more than 1,300 hotel room nights have been contracted by convention center visitors throughout the week. As of press time, ISS Atlantic City attendance registration is up by an additional 10 percent over 2016. ISS Management attributes the growth to in-depth post show research as well as staying on top of industry trends and topics in ways no other decorated apparel trade show has been able to master.
Attendees can download the new ISS Atlantic City 2017 mobile app powered by ChirpE Meet to navigate the Expo Floor, schedule meetings with specific exhibitors, choose Conference Seminars and much more.
