Welcome Program:
Site Visit Coordination
​Pre-event planning is a crucial step to a successful event. A dedicated and experienced Destination Services Manager will create custom itineraries and coordinate all site visit logistics. Please inquire with your Visit Atlantic City sales contact to schedule a site visit today.
Signage*
Welcome Program services may require specific criteria. Please reach out to your Destination Services Manager for more information. Should you request additional promotional opportunities, your Destination Services Manager can connect you with different billboards and boardwalk kiosks throughout the city.
​Custom Banners
​Welcome Banners can be placed on light poles along the major entrance and exit from Atlantic City and around the Atlantic City Convention Center and Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. The customized banners will be displayed during the dates of your event. The welcome banners are a great way to build interest and excitement about your event.
Impactivate Monitors - Welcome Message/Video
Over 100 digital monitors line the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. The monitors can display a customized message to attendees using your event logo or promotional video. These screens cover 7,000 feet of unobstructed views on the Boardwalk.
Custom Door Clings
Custom door clings will be created using your event logo. These are placed on the front doors and the garage doors of the Atlantic City Convention Center and are a great way to capture your audience as they enter the building.
Lightbox Event Listing
Your event will be listed on the monthly lightbox located in the center of the Atlantic City Convention Center Atrium.
Atlantic City Wave Garage
As a destination welcome, your logo, along with a welcome message will be displayed on the digital board of the Wave Garage. This garage is located directly upon entering the city and can be seen from major roadways into Atlantic City.
Atlantic City Convention Center/Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall Marquees
​Event logos will be displayed on the Atlantic City Convention Center or Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall marquees to welcome attendees.
Public Relations and Social Media Support
The communications department will work to support an event by distributing quarterly press releases promoting the event along with crafting media alerts detailing special events and announcements to engage local and regional media coverage. The Visit Atlantic City and Atlantic City Sports Commission social media channels will actively support the event before, during and after utilizing promotional material.

​Delegate Discount Program
​The Show Me Your Badge Program is a special discount program that Visit Atlantic City offers attendees and exhibitors. When a delegate badge (or ticket, wristband etc.) is presented to the participating businesses, the attendee will receive deals at local restaurants, attractions, shops, and mor​e.
Registration Staffing Information
Visit Atlantic City is pleased to offer temporary personnel to assist show managers with on-site staffing needs. Please reach out to your Destination Services Manager for pricing and more information.
Complimentary Restaurant Cart and Concierge Desk
Visit Atlantic City will staff an on-site restaurant cart and concierge desk at the Atlantic City Convention Center with knowledgeable representatives during your event hours. The restaurant cart is located on the second level of the Convention Center and the concierge desk is in the lobby of the Convention Center. Both locations have sample menus and brochures for attendees to explore.
